I have used LOPCO three times 3 in the last two years. I have found their work to be of top-notch quality with Tom's management of the projects also of the highest quality. I was very impressed by the clients that he has done work for as shown on his internet website. He may not be the cheapest but as they say " you get what you pay for ".

P.S. I grew up around an extended family and uncles that practiced most all of the building trades so I feel somewhat qualified to comment on the quality of LOPCO's work. From my experience LOPCO has access to almost any skill set your project would need so you should have one-stop shopping. From what I have observed his workers are very experienced !!

Project # 1 - Complete wallpaper replacement in an upstairs full bathroom, also replacement of the bathroom floor, and installation of a new toilet

Project # 2 - Complete do over of the master bathroom - removed tub & shower and replaced with walk-in shower, 100% new plumbing, complete new flooring, new toilet, and complete painting of ceiling, walls, and heat radiators.

Project # 3 - Replaced rotted subflooring around the toilet in a downstairs half-bath so that the toilet could be properly seated, removed tile flooring and replaced with new flooring and installed all new wood baseboard.
